About Shridhar
Shridhar University is an initiative of Sarvhit Trust,
a non-profit organization dedicated to the cause of social service, knowledge
dissemination and upliftment of youth of the world.
The Founder & Promoter of the University,
Honorable Vijay Pal Yadav is a visionary, philanthropist, an eminent scholar,
and a dynamic leader, who believes in transforming the society through a
quality education and innovation. He started his education from a village
school and worked with diligence towards higher education and attained the
degrees of B Com, MBA, LL.B and LL.M. Much of his studies were funded by his
own part time jobs from where comes his concept of 'Earn while you Learn' . He
is a self made man. He joined the UP State Services at a junior level and after
16 years of resolute devotion to work, he took voluntary retirement from a
senior rank in 1996. By this time, he was determined to positively change and
effect thousands of lives. He moved in to the infrastructure development field.
In 14 years of his hard work, he has made his reputation in the market place,
established trust and remained 'true to his words' amongst his people. Having
made his mark in the field of construction, and helped to improve the lives of
thousands of persons, Mr Vijay Pal Yadav, as a philanthropist, as a next step
decided to embark upon on a journey to transform and help the lives of
millions. He remains a true believer in the teachings of Lord Krishna, and he
firmly believes in the theory of Karma immortalized through the words of holy
Bhagvad Gita, which is the Genesis of Shridhar University.
The University believes in the spatially coherent
transformation of human energies to attain perfection and purpose of life. The
strength of the university lies in its well designed special programs, which
impart work integrated and hands-on learning to students, with the best of
curriculum to offer, along with sufficient exposure to the industry. We have a
state of the art new hi-tech infrastructure and latest equipment in place to
assist our students. The university emphasizes on the continuous research and
latest training programs to meet the on-going demands of the changing times. In
addition to latest curriculum, students will be trained for a total personality
development and essential leadership qualities to prepare them for the
Industry, global employment opportunities, and for any challenges of
entrepreneurship at the national or international levels.
