ABOUT KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA
The Vidyalaya came into existence in 1986 under the
Ministry of HRD. Initially It was started in the campus of famous Rani Shakti
Temple and ran for about seven years there and then shifted to the present
location-own building-in Sept.1992.It is running as civil sector school, two
section school mainly to cater to the needs of wards of Military
Personnel-serving or retired ,a big number of which belongs to Sikar District.
The Vidyalaya is affiliated to the Central Board Secondary Education, Preet
Vihar, New Delhi, and prepares students for the all India Secondary School
(Class X) Examination, and all India Senior School Certificate (Class XII)
Examination of the Board. I t was established in July 1996 and shifted to new
building on 20 February 2007. It situated onNH 11, about 10 KM from bus stand
and 8 KM from railway station SIKAR. It is situated in 6 hectare in the lap of
nature near sabalpura village.
School is of two section school classes from I to XII
(science & commerce stream). The Vidyalaya has around 800 students.
This is one of the Kendriya Vidyalaya out of 979 schools
under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan a premier organization in India which is
known to be as centers of excellence in the field of secondary and senior
secondary education promoting national integration and a sense of “humanity”
among the children.
